Welcome

A home search that fits your real life

New Orleans homes have character — shotguns, Creole cottages, doubles, and historic houses with stories in every porch post. Finding the right one takes more than scrolling listings. It takes someone who will tour homes with you, follow up, and explain each step in plain language.

That's how I work. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a place you've loved, or just starting to wonder what's possible, we'll move at a pace that makes sense for you — with a clear next step at every stage.

The Process

You talked to a lender. Now what?

That question comes up in almost every first conversation. Here's the road from pre-approval to keys, in plain steps.

01

We talk it through

We go over your pre-approval, your budget comfort zone, and the neighborhoods and home styles on your list.

02

We tour homes

I set up showings that match what you actually want, and we look together — including the details photos don't show.

03

We make an offer

When a home feels right, we put together an offer and work through inspections, appraisal, and paperwork together.

04

Closing day — keys

We sign, you get the keys, and your new chapter starts. I'll check in after, too — you're not on your own once the ink dries.

Get Ready

Simple checklists to start with

You don't need everything figured out before we talk. These lists just help you see where you stand.

For buyers

Bring what you have — we'll sort the rest together.

  • Talk with a lender about pre-approval
  • Know your comfortable monthly payment range
  • List your must-haves vs. nice-to-haves
  • Pick a few neighborhoods to explore
  • Save favorites when you see homes you like

For sellers

A little prep up front makes showings go smoother.

  • Talk through pricing for your home and area
  • Note repairs or updates you've made over the years
  • Declutter the rooms buyers will see first
  • Gather paperwork — survey, warranties, utility info
  • Decide on your ideal moving timeline

About

Meet Tive

I'm a newer agent, and I see that as a strength for my clients: I bring fresh energy, current training, and the time to give your search or sale my full attention. I train regularly with the POE Group and Agent Academy teams, and I keep learning — financing, investor topics, and the day-to-day details that make a transaction go smoothly.

I know what it's like to juggle a full life while trying to make a big move happen. My job is to make the real estate part feel manageable: clear explanations, honest follow-up after showings, and a plan you can actually stick to.

When you're ready — or even if you're just curious — reach out. The first conversation is simply that: a conversation.

Clear, plain-language guidanceNo jargon walls. If a step matters, I'll explain why it matters.
Follow-up you can count onNotes after showings and check-ins that keep your search moving.
Always learningOngoing team training and association classes keep my guidance current.

Good Questions

Things buyers & sellers ask first

That's a great place to be. Next, we talk through your pre-approval and what monthly payment feels comfortable, narrow down neighborhoods and must-haves, and start touring homes that fit. I'll set up the showings and keep notes on each one with you.

Start with a conversation — no paperwork required. We'll talk about your timeline, budget comfort zone, and what you're hoping for, then map out the first concrete steps, including connecting with a lender if you haven't yet.

How agent compensation works is part of our very first conversation, before you sign anything — I'll explain the options clearly so you can decide what's right for you. No surprises later.

We look at recent sales of similar homes near you, your home's condition and updates, and what's happening in your neighborhood right now. Then we talk through a pricing strategy together — the number is your decision, with real information behind it.

Not at all. Some of the best moves start months ahead. An early conversation helps you prepare — credit, savings, timing — so when you're ready, you can act with confidence instead of scrambling.
